Essay

The forms of political communication in democratic processes in Ukraine, that are regulated by the law, are singled out and investigated as institutional in the dissertation. Political communication is treated as a dialogue, interaction and mutual influence of political subjects. This study implies that democratic processes are closely related to the development, the transition from a certain political state to a better improvement on the basis of political institutions and increasing the level of political culture of the society. Such democratic processes are the establishment of the parliamentary-presidential form of government, local government, multi-party system, the optimal electoral system, civil society and its political institutions – political parties, public organizations, mass media, the formation of the European and Euro-Atlantic vector in Ukraine's foreign policy. In accordance with these processes the institutional forms of political communication between the supreme bodies of the state power, the entities of local government and local bodies of executive power are analyzed. Moreover, the impact of the political civil society institutions on the Ukrainian State with the foreign affairs are also being analyzed.
