Haidur H. Models, methods and information technology of constructing a functionally stable intellectual network

In the dissertation research, the scientific problem of the functioning of intellectual information network is solved, which is characterized by reliability, vitality, faulty stability, which does not fully to describe the network of conditions of destruction, failure, and possible intentional influences. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to build an intelligent information network of the property of functional stability. The main scientific results of the dissertation are the construction of a conceptual model of a functionally stable intellectual information network and a mathematical model that combines the mechanisms of maintaining a given ratio of network downtime to customer service, which provides timely detection of cyber threats, recognition of extraordinary situations and fails to network failure with minimal cost. As a result, a scientific problem was solved, the purpose of which was to build a functionally sustainable intelligence information network, which increases the readiness factor and costs of its maintenance by 14%.
