The theoretical aspects of the emergence and spread of the phenomenon of socio-economic exclusion at enterprises are generalized. The essence of the process of regulation of socio-economic exclusion at enterprises is substantiated. Levels, classification marks, categories and methods of measuring socio-economic exclusion at enterprises are described. The problem-diagnostic model of the development of personnel information and innovation activity at enterprises through the interpretation of the interaction of limited resource invariants and personnel development was worked. The concept of regulation of socio-economic exclusion at enterprises is developed. The need to initiate the extension of the methodology of rational selfishness in the enterprise in the context of leveling the socio-economic exclusion at enterprise are identified. As a tool for socio-economic involvement in the enterprise proposed the creation of appropriate situational zones within the enterprise. The reflection of the parameters of the enterprise through the prism of space and time, which makes it possible to interpret the physical and synergetic properties of the enterprise are proposed. The causal and consequential model of personnel’s exclusion of enterprises was developed. The simulation of the space of socio-economic exclusion of enterprises was carried. The effect of synergy on enterprises and their effect in the perspective of socio-economic exclusion was systematized. Modes of monitoring the regulation of socio-economic exclusion at enterprises have been developed. The application of the stratagem approach to the regulation of socio-economic exclusion at enterprises is grounded, which provides consideration of aberration situation a priori through the prism of the conflict. The criteria of diagnosing the priority of choosing the direction of regulation of socio-economic exclusion at enterprises are proposed.
