Essay

The work is devoted to the development of a conceptual clinical and organizational framework for the dental orthopedic care provision using implants. The materials of in-depth clinical dentistry examinations of 197 young people make it possible to establish a significant amount of defects in the dentition, the intensity of their manifestation, the number of teeth removed and the tendency for their rapid growth. So in the age group of 20-24 years they are observed in 383 persons per 1000 persons of this age group, and already at the age of 25-29 years they grow up to 774 people. At the same time, the intensity of the growth of the defects of the dentition reaches from 687 similar defects at the age of 20-24 years to 2054 in 25-29 years, and the number of removed teeth from 1.8 to 2.7 per 1 similar patient, the largest the volume of which is fixed among 6 teeth - 44.6%, then 5 teeth - 19.6%, and 4 and 7 teeth - 5.6%-4.7% respectively, and so on. It has been established that 64 types of dentures with implant support which are used in clinical dentistry of our country, still have no official legal and clinical status for use. In dental institutions of Odessa, Cherkassy, Kiev, Simferopol and Ivano-Frankivsk, time measurements were made on the duration of their clinical and dental manufacturing processes, in which more than 110,000 basic elements of these specialists labor were recorded. It has been established, that these manufacturing processes of implant-supported dentures are deterministic non-linear system, on the basis of which, in determining the time norms for their production, it is necessary to index the obtained duration indicators for permanent working time costs that are not related to their volume, structure and variable- repeated time costs, entirely dependent on these factors. The departmental norms of time and conditional units of labor of dentists and dental technicians for the manufacture of 64 types of dentures supported on implants, as well as additions to the existing clinical protocols for the provision of dental orthopedic care with the use of implants, have been developed and proposed for implementation.
