The thesis is devoted to solving the scientific problem of developing the concept of the management effectiveness of organizational changes in the enterprise. The content of the concept "organizational changes" is specified, which is considered as a process of transition of the enterprise into a new desired state, parameters of which directly depends on the current one. This transition causes the procedures, methods and means of their implementation, the content of which involves the acquisition of subsystems or elements of the enterprise with higher quantitative values of existing parameters or an updated set of qualitative parameters. The essence of "management of organizational changes" is proposed as a specific type of management activity of the enterprise, built into the general management and based on the constant monitoring of the external and internal environment. The essence of management is defined as the influence on the control subsystem, on the processes of implementation. The classification of organizational changes is provided, where the polycriteria classification is based on a monocriterion one, which includes a typology based on the nature of the implementation and origin, on the result. The polycriteria classification includes six groups of changes, including division into active and passive, where the latter implies changes in the state of the company in the market under the influence of external factors in case of failure to make a decision on the implementation of an active one. The concept of efficiency of organizational change management based on the considered concepts of efficiency is substantiated. It includes the provisions for assessing the effectiveness of organizational changes, determining the structure and level of the potential for change, monitoring the impact of the driving forces of the environment, assessing the managerial impact on the process of implementing organizational changes, the program and project approach to organization of changes in the enterprise. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational changes in the enterprise is developed, which involves the definition of groups of enterprises according to selected indicators of profitability and financial stability. On the basis of the developed approach, the analysis of the level of the studied agricultural machinery enterprises was carried out and assigned to the corresponding groups for 2012-2017. The methodical provision of the estimation of the changes potential in the enterprise with the distinction of its structure, which includes the following components: financial-investment, resource, production and technical, technological innovation, human, intellectual, information and communication, management and marketing. According to this structure, the values of integral indicators for the components for 2014-2017 are calculated. An analytical provision is provided for determining the influence of environmental sources on the enterprise, which involves placing factors of direct and indirect influence on the matrix, depending on the degree of influence and possible dynamics. The evaluation of management of organizational changes is carried out by distinguishing the function of planning, organization, motivation, control and regulation at the stages of initiation, implementation and institutionalization of changes using the theory of fuzzy logic.
