Pasichnyk V. Theoretical and methodological foundation of formation of the state policy of national security in the context of the Ukrainian national idea

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of forming the national policy of national security of Ukraine on the basis of the Ukrainian national idea and development of methodological approaches to the strategy of overcoming the systemic crisis of Ukrainian society in the conditions of postindustrial development. In the dissertation the main threats to national security, which faced Ukraine at the present stage, were determined, and the ways of modernization of public administration with the purpose of their neutralization were theoretically substantiated. The complex analysis, generalized and systematized theoretical and methodological principles of the research of the state policy of national security are carried out. The role of the national idea as a theoretical and methodological basis of the national policy of national security is revealed. The content of basic categories and concepts in the field of national security is determined. The spiritual paradigm of the state policy of national security and public administration is substantiated. To reveal the role of the Ukrainian national idea in shaping the civilization project of Ukraine. The strategic goal of the state policy of national security, which is to overcome the crisis of materialist civilization by building a spiritual civilization, is substantiated. The directions of reforming of public administration on the basis of the Ukrainian national idea are outlined. The theoretical and methodological principles of formation of geopolitical strategy of Ukraine are revealed. The place and role of Ukraine on the international scene in the conditions of globalization and at the turn of the historical epochs are determined.
