The concept of scientific research concerning the formation of conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions includes the leading ideas, aims, tendencies, regularities and principles, premises, factors, content, educational and professional space for the formation of conflictological culture, which created by taking into account the main methodological tendencies in the development of education.
The formation of the conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions is a purposeful, organized, meaningful methodic system that provides complementary pedagogic, educational and cognitive activity of teachers and students. The forming system of conflictological culture is realized in the pedagogic and educational processes of higher educational institutions proceeding from scientifically justified technology, aimed at developing value understanding the current issue of the formation of conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy field as a component of their professionality; makes possible to increase: a level of scientific and theoretical conflict knowledge and its using in the management of conflict situations; a level of professional training and the forming of conflictological practical abilities and skills; a level of readiness to transforming activity; bringing up a set of values for positive interaction with people and a complex of individually-psychological qualities of an specialists’ personality, in particular, contributing to the formation of a constructive conflictological position as an important indicator of conflictological culture of future specialists.
The significance of the obtained results is that, for the first time: the theoretical and methodic principles have been substantiated, the concept of the forming conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions in the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects has been developed; the system of forming of the conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions is developed and justified in the conditions of the educational environment of the Higher Educational Institutions, their structural elements are the conceptual, content-technological and evaluation-productive blocks; the components of the educational process are psychological and pedagogical, professional conflictological training, resulting in a harmonic acquisition of knowledge, skills and experience of conflictological activity is occurred, which confirms effectiveness of the integrated implementation of the technology of forming of the conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions; the structural-functional model of a system and technology of forming of the conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions was developed; the complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions and psychological mechanisms providing forming conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions is substantiated;an analysis of foreign experience was conducted, the ways of adaptation were outlined and introduced into a system of professional conflictological preparation of students in the HEI at Ukraine; the content, psychological and pedagogical essence of the basic concepts of the study: «conflictological skillfulness», «conflictological readiness», «conflictological competence» are specified; the concept of «conflictological culture of a specialist» – as a multifaceted quality of personality based on the humanistic, moral values and worldview positions is substantiated; it includes culture of thinking, feelings, behavior, communicative culture; it manifestes in conflictological competences, in motivational readiness for managing the conflicts, in constructive conflictological position; it reflects the effectiveness of professional conflictological activities of a specialist; personal potential at the socio-psychological level, which is enriched with life experience is placed; the criteria, indicators and levels of forming of the conflictological culture, their essential characteristics are specified; diagnostic tools for evaluating the formation of the conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions are presented.
The practical significance of the study lies in the justification, development, approbation and introduction of technology for the forming of the conflictological culture of future specialists in socionomy professions at HEI. The complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions, forms, methods, technologies proposed in the study can be used to improve the professional conflictological training of future specialists in socionomy professions.
