The theoretical aspects of the formation and development of the regional economic relations system on the basis of social dialogue are generalized. The concept of social dialogue, its principles, classification of varieties and bases of realization are directly clarified. The world tendencies are determined and the regional model of realization is offered, as well as the concept of social dialogue realization in the conditions of the regional economic relations system development. The peculiarities of economic relations system, functioning on the basis of social dialogue, were identified. The factors influencing the formation of social dialogue at the regional level are determined. The components of the indicators system for evaluation of regional economic relations on the basis of social dialogue are substantiated. A new scenario analysis approach for the regional economic relations system based on the principles of social dialogue has been formed. The theoretical approach to the technology of making decisions on economic development of territories with attraction of the region population has been improved. The integration approach for harmonization if regional strategies, which allowed revealing common strategic guidelines for the development of interregional cooperation for the eastern country regions, was presented. A set of forecast predictors for implementation of social dialogue in the system of economic relations is proposed. The of social dialogue monitoring in the system of economic relations of the region is specified. The mechanism of integration of social dialogue into the economic relations on the regional level has been improved. The methodology of improving the system of regional economic relations on the bases of social dialogue is substantiated.
