Essay

New data on the epizootic situation for nematodone and protozoan invasion of piglets in farms of Lviv, Volyn and Ternopil regions of Ukraine were obtained. It was established that in farms, intestinal parasitic diseases of pigs in 71.4 % of cases predetermine the association of pathogens and only 28.6 % of the disease manifests itself as monoinvasion. The species composition of microbiocenosis and the ratio of obligate anaerobes and MAPAN in the intestines of intact and intestinal intestinal parasites of piglets have been determined. It is proved that associative invasions change the biological properties of indigenous microorganisms. It is proven that in piglets for nematodozno-protozoosic invasion, from the parameters of cellular immunity, the total number of lymphocytes is increased due to B-lymphocytes against the background of reduced number of 0-cells, T-lymphocytes and T-suppressors, and the level of immunoglobulins of the class was higher than the indices of humoral immunity G, A, and M, interleukins IL-1α, IL-6, IL-8, FNP-α, CIC, as well as CASC and lower BASK, LASK, FAN, phagocytic index and phagocytic number. Extensive and intensive efficacy of fenbendazole, levamisole, ivermectin, amprolium of hydrochloride, sodium norsulfazole, sodium sulfadimexone in relation to nematodes, protozoa and their associations, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of active substances in strains L. casei IIB-7280 and E. coli 055K59 have been established. No. 3912/4. For the first time, the effect of modern antiparasitic drugs on intestinal microbiocenosis and immunity status of piglets have been studied. Preparations have been developed for the treatment of piglets damaged by nematodes, and the metamaterials and the association of nematodes and the simplest - amphene. According to the results of studies on probiotic properties of strains L. casei IMV В-7280, L. plantarum 7/9 and L. acidophilus 100/12, a probiotic preparation was developed – lactovet and the scheme of its application was experimentally substantiated and tested.
