Hubar Y. Geodesy substantiation and improvement of methods and models of real estate valuation

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation and elaboration of the methodological principles of real estate valuation in the system of cadastre of settlements in the atmosphere of the regional market and practical recommendations for specialized services for operational mobilization of the market potential of real estate of Ukraine. One of the ways to solve such problems is to improve the methodology of real estate valuation and to develop adequate models based on mathematical statistics, factor and cluster analysis, and provide a holistic-systematic consideration of this problem. The results of our research, as well as the developed algorithms and conclusions, can serve as the basis and starting point for the correction and clarification of the results obtained by the evaluators, which will significantly reduce the cost of the new evaluation.
