Babaskin A. Credit relations in civil law of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the all-embracing and integrated implementation of the current theoretical and practical aspects of the legal and legal regulation of credit transactions. The dissertation examines the categories and concepts "credit relations", "credit", "bank credit", "financial loan", "commercial loan", "loan agreement". The substantiation of existing and implemented the development of new civil structures and their related legal categories used in credit relations has been carried out. It is proposed to introduce complex legal regulation of credit relations by introducing amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as to the laws of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending", "On Banks and Banking", "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets", etc.
