Essay

Present work is devoted to the development of the synthesis methods for [1,2,4]triazino[c]quinazolines and products of their chemical modification, to the development and implementation of a strategy for the search for biologically active agents among synthesized compounds for elaboration of promising pharmacotherapeutic substances. A high anti-inflammatory activity of sodium 4-(3-methyl-2-oxo-2H-[1,2,4]triazino[2,3-c]quinazolin-6-yl)butanoate, which significantly exceeds the reference drug sodium diclofenac has been established. Acute, chronic and specific organ toxicity, specific activity of abovementioned compound were investigated, a technological scheme and manufacturing protocols were developed. Technology for production of tablet formulation, as well, as quality control methods for tablets and active ingredient were elaborated.
