The paper generalizes the complex and systematic analysis of the latest political technologies of information influence both in theoretical and practical aspects. The political technologies analyzed as forms of practical development of political reality. Discursive political technologies are considered as a special kind of media technologies of information influence in politics. The Internet is explored as a communicative environment and an instrument of political technology. There is analyzed the role of the network political communication for political mobilization. There are analyzed the modern technologies of mass political mobilization for the purpose of informational influence as the “flash mob”. among which the "flash mob" technology is distinguished. There are established happening and performance as political technologies of information influence. There are analyzed the technologies of political lobbying as a special kind of political technologies of information influence.
