Shvets Y. Realization of the constitutional right of a person to health care: comparative legal study

The thesis is concerned the scientific-theoretical, legal and practical problems of the person's realization of the constitutional right to health care. The thesis deals with the genesis of theories and concepts of realization of the constitutional right of a person to health protection in the doctrine and law of Ukraine and foreign countries. It is formed and scientifically substantiated author's approaches to the main categories of the problem under investigation. Terminological discussions about the human right to health in the constitutional norms of Ukraine and other countries, in particular most European states, Canada, Singapore and Japan, have been analyzed. The place of the person's right to health protection has been determined in the system of constitutional human and citizen rights, a thorough analysis of the relationship with related rights and the level of their legal regulation was conducted.
