Essay

The dissertation is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of theoretical foundations of work payment in Ukraine, as well as actual problems of practical character and the search for ways to solve them. In the scientific work the legal characteristic of scientific interpretations of work payment was made, the essence and characteristics of remuneration of labor were disclosed, the retrospective of legal regulation of this sphere was investigated, and the peculiarities of its current state were determined. Established common and distinctive features of work payment and salaries, it`s structure, methods and ways of legal regulation of work payment are considered. The purpose and tasks of the system of remuneration are highlighted. Named types of functions, principles and guarantees of the system of remuneration. The classification of relations in the field of remuneration is singled out, the essence of each of them is considered, the peculiarities of the emergence, development and termination of legal relations in the field of remuneration are determined. The specificity of liability for violating the employee’s right to pay is clarified. The problems of legal regulation of the system of remuneration are formed. The tendencies of further development of legal regulation of the system of remuneration are named. The ways of borrowing foreign experience of legal regulation of the system of work payment are outlined.
