Essay

The object: the relationship between the abiotic factors and the level of implementation of the biological potential of the varieties, the processes of yielding and quality of production of low-growing vegetable plants, depending on the complex of technological techniques. The aim: to establish the laws of increasing productivity, adaptive potential of the infrequent types of vegetable plants in the Forest-Steppe and Polissyaof Ukraine. Methods: general scientific, field, laboratory, statistical. Novelty: solved the scientific problem of providing population with quality products; substantiated theoretical principles of realization of the potential of 112 species; have established the variability of morphological parameters, yield and quality of vegetable products (salad leaf, tarragon, fragrant dill, pasternak sowing, parsley curling, basil, arucola sowing, Diplotaxistenuifolia), depending on the climatic conditions of the growing zone; elements of technology of cultivation, storage and processing of products were unified; have developed normative documentation of product quality management; formed a database of accumulation of vitamins, iodine, selenium and contaminants in plants (heavy metals, nitrates) depending on the conditions of cultivation and technological measures; got the equation of regression of the dependence of valuable economic characteristics on the hydrothermal coefficient.Results: The variability of yield, morphological and biochemical characteristics from the hydrothermal coefficient was research. Created new 2varieties with high yields and high content of vitamins, leaf lettuce Krutianskyi and tarragon Unenezh, and 3 lines of fragrant dill Sheva and Chirik and parsley curling Vitaminka. Developed a technology of growing vegetable plants in film greenhouses using plant-sealants; technological solution for forming a vegetable conveyor, technological schemes for the production of parsnip and paste from spicy plants; the techniques of clonal micropropagation of peppermint were modified. The database of accumulation of vitamins, iodine, selenium of heavy metals, nitrates has already been form. The impact on the vitality of heat treatment, microwave radiation, alcohol extracts, various drying methods, packaging has been determined. Degree of production: 2 monographs, 2 textbooks, national concepts, programs for the development of the vegetable industry, 2 certificates for varieties. It was introduce into the scientific and educational processes of NUBiP of Ukraine, IH NAAS and KNAU named after V. V Dokuchayev, in thefarms with a total area of 201.4 ha.
