The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological principles, scientific-methodical and practical recommendations for the formation and evaluation of social strategies for the activation of labor activity of personnel of processing enterprises. The dialectic of social and economic strategies of enterprises is explored. In-depth scientific approaches to the definition of the essence of activating the work of staff. The theoretical provision of the formation of social strategies for activating labor activity of personnel of enterprises in the conditions of a knowledge economy is developed. The continuous cyclical character of formation of social strategies of activation of labor activity of personnel of enterprises in the environment of interaction is substantiated. The conceptual knowledge model of formation of social strategies of activation of labor activity of personnel of enterprises is developed. Problems of formation of social strategies of activation of labor activity of personnel of enterprises are revealed and directions of their solution are determined on the basis of system-situational approach. The main components and tasks of the system of evaluation of social strategies of activation of labor activity of personnel of enterprises are offered. The criteria of evaluation of social strategies of activation of labor activity of the personnel are substantiated. The expediency of using the social leverage method for evaluating social strategies of activating labor activity of personnel of enterprises is proved. The transformation of external preconditions of social orientation of activity of processing enterprises is considered. The levels of social interaction of processing enterprises with the participants of the environment are investigated. The dominant and accompanying social strategies of activation of labor activity of personnel of enterprises are determined taking into account the features of internal social management. The directions of increase of coordination of interests of the enterprise with interests of subjects of an environment are grounded. The composition of administrative actions in processing enterprises within the limits of social strategy is determined, depending on the position in the motivational space. A social leverage is used to justify the expediency of implementing social strategies.
