Stupen R. Ecological and economic basis for the development of agricultural land market in Ukraine

In thesis research the essence and significance of the market of agricultural land in the agrarian sector of the economy is determined and the concept-categorical apparatus on the research topic is specified. The conceptual principles of functioning and development of the market of agricultural lands are investigated and deepened. The theoretical and methodological bases of ecological and economic support of development of the market of agricultural lands are substantiated. The institutional approach to ecological and economic support for the development of the agricultural land market is substantiated. The estimation of the current state of the agricultural land market in Ukraine is estimated and trends of its development are determined. An ecological and economic mechanism of market turnover of agricultural land has been developed. The directions of increase of efficiency of functioning of the market of agricultural lands are substantiated. The ways of improving the system of regulation are determined. The strategic model and ecological and economic imperatives of development of the market of agricultural lands are substantiated. Forecast scenarios for the development of this market in Ukraine have been formed.
