Thesis paper is mainly concerned with the framework of theoretical and methodological principles of determination of synergetic effectiveness of complex socio-ecological and economic systems. Laws of organization and functioning of complex socio-ecological and economic system in microeconomic systems (enterprises) activity from the perspective of synergetics are found and defined. Main definitions and principles, regularities of adjustment and self-organization of complex socio-ecological and economic systems from the perspective of synergetics are reviewed and installed. Characteristics, factors in the functioning and static and dynamic characteristics of complex socio-ecological and economic systems, which are investigated, are found and analyzed. This thesis tells about the synergetic behavior of socio-ecological and economic systems and about the indicators that describe it. Cause-and-effect relationships among the phenomena and events, among the indicators of socio-ecological and economic systems are investigated. Methodology and tools of socio-ecological and economic system research to solve specific problems of system activity at the microeconomic level (enterprises, business), considering the synergetic imperative are presented. Causes and mechanisms of emergence of new socio-ecological and economic systems in production-social, ecological processes, phenomena of microeconomic system (enterprises) functioning are found and investigated. The scale of speed of transient processes and stable processes of functioning of complex socio-ecological and economic systems in time and space are considered and presented. Spatial and simulation models, methodology of determination of effective result of complex socio-ecological and economic system activity in any time point are developed and present.
