Liba N. Organizational and economic mechanism of regional industrial policy

The conceptual and terminological apparatus of the concept “regional industrial policy” has been improved, a retrospective analysis of the evolutions of theories and paradigms of regional industrial policy has been carried out, the global experience of its realization has been generalized. The basic concepts of the effectiveness of regional industrial policy have been investigated, methodological support of complex evaluation of the efficiency of regional industrial policy and the methodology of formation of organizational and economic mechanism of effective regional industrial policy have been developed. The diagnostics of influence on the development of the industrial complex of the Carpathian economic region has been carried out, the analysis and evaluation of the development of the industrial complex of the region and the assessment of the consequences of the implementation of regional industrial policy have been carried out. A model of the institutional architecture of regional industrial policy has been developed, analysis of the effectiveness of organizational support for its implementation has been made, directions for improving the organizational support of the implementation of regional industrial policy have been substantiated. The modernized organizational and economic mechanism of the regional industrial policy of the Carpathian economic region has been developed, the typology of regional industrial policy has been conducted, the trends of regional innovation development have been simulated, the feasibility of using public-private partnership has been substantiated.
