The dissertation is the first in Ukraine complex comparative legal research of criminal law protection of property, the results of which formulated reasonable proposals aimed at improving the norms of section VI of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In order to conduct a comprehensive comparative legal study of the criminal law property protection on the basis of historical, geographical and regulatory criteria, was carried out the systematization of the criminal law systems.
