Madzhd S. The development of scientific foundations of the basin principle of management of the technogenic transformed surface water objects

In thesis the results of researches which directed on development of scientific bases of management of ecological safety of surface water objects on a basin approach, which take into account regularities of influence of factors on the process of formation of their technogenically altered state and intensity of compensatory mechanism of biotic self-regulation, are described. The scientific and methodological foundations of the integrated approach in the system of basin principle of ecological safety management of technogenically transformed surface water objects, which take into account the hierarchical levels of rivers organization are developed. This created the prerequisites for reducing the negative effects of technogenic influence on the quality of water resources in river basin districts It is set as a result of experimental researches, that the change in the substance-energy balance of the aquatic environment significantly influences on the process of forming of its technogenically transformed state. It is improved that technogenic transformations are offset by the action of the compensation mechanism of biotic self-regulation as a result of adaptation of biotic components to its new environment of existence. Scientific and methodical recommendations for the implementation of an informative integrated system of indicators for controlling of structural and functional changes in internal water body processes have been developed.
