Object: leisure practices of rural teenagers. Aim: conceptualization of the role of creative leisure practices in the formation of social subjectivity of rural adolescents. Research methods: analysis, compartmentalizing, comparative analysis, questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, focus group interviews, document analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the concepts of N. Elias figurative sociology are applied to the study of the leisure practices of rural adolescent youth; the concept of «polyfigurative leisure culture» is implemented into the scientific cycle; a basic model of values which play the most significant role in choosing of the leisure practices for rural adolescents, namely the values of social status, reference community, family, affair, communication, carefree life, freedom, is characterized; the connection of creative leisure practices with such characteristics of social subjectivity of rural adolescents as academic success, real and potential social mobility, additional employment, volunteering, is discovered.
