The dissertation is devoted to studying the manifestations of relaxation phenomena in the dielectric, electrophysical, optical properties and Raman spectra of phosphorus-containing chalcogenides crystals with bulky, layered and chain structure and different types of dipole ordering (a ferroelectric, an anti-ferroelectric, a ferrielectric, a state of a dipole glass, ionic conductivity, incommensurate (IC) phase, and state of a quantum paraelectric).
