The dissertation is devoted to solving a complex scientific problem of substantiation of mechanisms of management of organizational changes in the management of subjects of agrarian business. The genesis of the conceptual-categorical apparatus for managing organizational changes at the enterprise was studied. The significance of the potential of change and resistance to changes in the management of agribusiness subjects is outlined. The mechanism of organizational changes and the mechanism of management of changes in management of agrarian enterprise as a subject of agribusiness is substantiated. The object-object connections and principles of forming mechanisms for management of organizational changes have been identified. The methodological approaches to estimating the potential of organizational changes and resistance to changes in enterprise management are substantiated. The typology of economic consequences of organizational changes and evaluation of their effectiveness are determined. The tendencies of development of integration processes in activity of subjects of agrarian business are identified. The directions of increase of the level of organization of marketing and sales activity of agribusiness subjects in the modern conditions are determined. The tendencies of changes in concentration of production and capital and specialization of subjects of agrarian business are identified. The structural construction of mechanisms and organizational change management systems is substantiated. The significance of the change potential in making managerial decisions regarding the implementation of organizational changes has been identified. The directions of integration of organizational change management systems in the management of agribusiness subjects are substantiated. The approach to assessing the impact of the external environment on the effectiveness of the organizational mechanism management mechanism is proposed. The conceptual principles of construction of the mechanism of management of organizational changes in the management of the enterprise-subject of agrarian business are substantiated, which is based on its isolation from the mechanism of organizational changes on the criteria of subject-object relations, the relation to the instrumental apparatus and the coordination of the functions of the components of the specified the mechanism, as well as its identification as an open system, which is focused on increasing the economic efficiency and increasing the lifecycle of the enterprise. The methodological approach to determining the types of economic consequences of organizational changes is determined, based on their division into those that affect the level of economic efficiency, those that lead to the creation of short-term and stable competitive advantages, as well as those that lead to prolongation or reduction of duration the life cycle of an enterprise, the identification of these consequences form the basis for assessing the effectiveness of organizational changes in the subject of agrarian business. The composition and structure of functional and instrumental methods of integration of organizational change management systems in the management of agricultural business entities were identified based on the establishment of diagnostic centers, strategic and tactical planning, monitoring and control, regulation in the overall management system of the enterprise through changes in the functionality of existing units and the creation of new ones. , which are responsible for effectively mobilizing the potential of economic growth. The theoretical principles of identifying the potential of organizational changes on the basis of formalization of the exclusive role of the administrative and managerial staff and the main personnel of the business entity for their implementation with the further determination of the factors of resistance to changes in the internal environment of the enterprise or organization, as well as a tool for the productive overcoming of these manifestations, have been improved. The object-object connections and principles of forming mechanisms of management of organizational changes are determined on the basis of establishing the degree of rationality and the nature of the perception of managerial influences of the subject of management on the object of management, taking into account the observance of the principles of rationality, efficiency and preservation or development of organizational and the structural integrity of the subjects of agrarian business in the process of making changes.
