In the dissertation complex problems of correlation of security and organizational-managerial relations in labor law are investigated. The concept and role of security and organizational-managerial relations in labor law are considered, their legal nature is disclosed and their content is characterized. A retrospective of each of the named types of legal relationships was found, as well as their positive foreign experience was revealed. The classification of functions of security relations in labor law is developed, the specifics of the mechanism of regulation of security relations in labor law are singled out. The subjects of security relations in labor law, role and place of each of them are determined. Theoretical and legal analysis of the content of organizational-managerial relations in labor law is carried out. The classification of principles and functions of organizational-managerial relations in labor law is carried out. The types of organizational-managerial relations in labor law are distinguished and the list of their subjects is given. The analysis of the principles of delimitation of security and organizational-managerial relations in labor law is carried out. The criteria of the ratio of security and organizational-managerial relations in labor law are considered. The legal principles and methods of correlation of security and organizational-managerial relations are analyzed. The aspect of optimization of security and organizational-managerial relations in labor law is highlighted.
