Polchanov A. Development of the financial potential of the state in the conditions of post-conflict recovery.

The theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the economic essence of the financial potential of the state were improved. The theoretical and methodological basis of formation of the financial potential of the state on the basis of application of the system approach was deepened. The directions of transformation of the elemental composition of the system of the financial potential of the state in the conditions of post-conflict recovery were substantiated. An estimation of the current state of Ukraine's financial potential and trends in its development were identified. The methodical approach to the estimation of losses of the state financial potential in the period of a military conflict was developed to reveal the most sensitive industries and regions to the influence of military conflict.
