Pampura M. Legal Awareness in Terms of Transformational Processes in Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the comprehensive theoretical analysis of the patterns for the formation and functioning of legal awareness in terms of transformation processes in Ukraine. The author has revealed the concept and has generalized scientific positions on understanding the transformation process as a dynamic element of state and legal reality. The main modern transformational processes and their influence on the state and legal reality of Ukraine have been determined and analyzed. The transformational processes in Ukraine as a subject matter of reflection in social legal awareness have been researched. The peculiarities of legal awareness in terms of the newest transformation processes in Ukraine have been clarified. The problem of legal awareness deformation in transforming society has been considered; the ways for its overcoming have been outlined.
