The dissertation is devoted to solving the scientific problem of economic development management of agrarian production subjects. The concept of harmonious development of agrarian production subjects is substantiated. The classification of environmental factors and their mutual influence are developed. A model for estimating the parameters of the "golden section" is developed. The mechanism of economic development of agrarian production subjects is proposed. The content of the system approach in managing the economic development of agrarian enterprises is determined. The methodical provision for determining the financial stability of agricultural production subjects in ensuring economic development has been developed. The basic macroeconomic preconditions of the modern sector functioning of agrarian production are determined. The classification of economic development mechanisms of agrarian production subjects is presented. A model for determining the influence of internal parameters of an enterprise's activity on its effectiveness has been developed. The methodological support of the choice of the development strategy of agrarian production subjects’ activity is offered. The evolution of thetheoryof management isanalyzed. Theconceptual-categoricalapparatusof the institutional support of economic development of agrarian production subjects is developed. The organizational support for development strategy realization for agrarian production subjects on the basis of the project approach is developed. The conceptual bases of harmonious development of agrarian production subjects are outlined, which include: obligatory maintenance of constant proportions between the values of the system; the ordering of the production system should take place by balancing the system components on a harmonious basis; the development of the system is realized through its transformation between different states while storing the stationary system; equivalence of influence along with other economic factors to increase the variation of solutions provided that harmonious proportions are maintained; unequal changes in system parameters is an impulse for maintaining the values of the key proportions; innovative activity as a source of economic development, based on which human potential, the accumulation and use of which is the key to long-term economic development. The methodological principlesoftheenvironmental factorsclassificationwithidentification of factors-inhibitors and factors-catalystshavebeendetermined. The architectonics of the mechanism of economic development management of agrarian production subjects is given, the effect of which involves the managerial influence of the controlling entity on the controlled object, which is based on certain laws, principles, methods for achieving the set goals through the implementation of a set of functions, taking into account the peculiarities of the provision of organizational, economic and managerial processes.
