The dissertation presents the theoretical substantiation and practical solution of the The dissertation presents the theoretical background and practical solution of the actual scientific problem – the justification of the concepts of the urodynamic disorders pharmacotherapy improvement according to the results of their pathogenetical mechanisms investigation on the experimental models of overactive bladder and stress incontinence of urine. According to the analysis of an all-Ukrainian population epidemiological study, it was found that 52% out of 19094 adult women distinguished the symptoms of urodynamic disorders. These data were equal to 63.6% of the respondents total amount. Firstly received the official data according to a special request allowed to reveal the urodynamic disorders in 4906 patients, their structure was clarified. For the first time received, according to a special request, official data in 2016, 4906 people identified the Republic of Moldova, clarified their structure. The following pathological processes are on the top-three of urodynamic disorders reasons equals to 83.0% of them: the urinary bladder neuromuscular dysfunction, stress provoked involuntary urination and unspecified urinary incontinence not specified. Significantly higher testosterone and estradiol efficacy as urodynamic disorders pathoghenetically oriented pharmacological correction was proved. The pathogenetically proved background was obtained firstly to include the testosterone into the female urinary disorders complex treatment in the pre- and postmenopausal period.
