Essay

Object of study: State risk management of emergency situations. Purpose: theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations for the development of mechanisms of state risk management of emergency situations in Ukraine. Methods: scientific generalization and logical analysis, extrapolation, methods of ascent from abstract to concrete, comparative analysis, structural and functional, content analysis, synthesis and modeling, retrospective analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, system method, method of forecasting, program-target method. Results: structured basic mechanisms of state risk management of the occurrence and development of emergency situations; a conceptual model of an information and analytical system of state risk management of emergency situations has been developed; proposed a model for the system implementation of mechanisms for public risk management of emergency situations; the conceptual provisions for substantiating a promising form of implementation of mechanisms for managing the risk of emergency situations have been improved. Novelty: solution of the actual scientific problem in terms of theoretical and methodological substantiation and the development of practical recommendations on the development of state management mechanisms for the emergence of emergencies in Ukraine. Introduced into the activities of the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations, the Odessa Regional State Administration, the State Department of the State Service of Emergencies of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region, the State Department of the State Service of Ukraine in the Khmelnitsky region. Scopes: state controls of all levels of management, public organizations.
