Shevchenko R. Organizational and technical prevention methods of medical and biological emergency situations character of local and regional levels

The current state of response and methods of reducing the consequences of emergency situations of medical and biological character have been analyzed. Status and organization peculiarities of prevention process emergencies of medical and biological character and reduction of their consequences in Ukraine have been considered. The organizational and technical method of emergency situations consequences reducing of medical and biological local level character of danger spreading has been developed. An organizational and technical method of reducing consequences emergency situations of medical and biological character of the regional level spread of danger has been developed. The reliability of the developed mathematical models and organizational and technical methods has been verified. Proposals for the implementation of developed mathematical models and organizational and technical methods have been developed.
