Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to study the dysbiotic aspects of the pathogenesis of different etiological factors of hepatopathy and on this basis to develop their antidisbiotic prophylaxis and therapy. The simulation of various forms of hepatopathies using various pathogenic factors has shown that in all cases there is a development of dysbiosis both in the liver and systemic (generalized) dysbiosis. The obtained data give grounds to consider dysbiosis as the main pathogenetic factor of development of hepatopathies. This circumstance predetermined a strategy for the prevention and treatment of hepatopathies with the help of antidisbiotics. In the course of the dissertation work, we developed 4 new antidisbiotic agents with hepatoprotective activity (lequin, lecasil, lysozyme forte, kvertulidon), and also used a number of antidisbiotic agents that were screened by other researchers: quertulin, biotrit, kvertigal, grape supplements «MVB» and «EVL». The author also proposed to use high-oleic sunflower oil «Olive» as a food product for the prophylaxis of hepatopathies of fatty genes, which is produced by NVA «Odessa Biotechnology».
