The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of methodical system of practical and technical training of future teachers in terms of blended training. The research analyzes the main scientific ideas, provisions and theoretical and methodological approaches to the implementation of blended learning in institutions of higher education. It describes the main trends of the research related to the problem and possible ways to solve it. The author substantiates the basic theoretical foundations of practical and technical training of future IT teachers, which is based on competence, interdisciplinary and activity approaches, as well as training on the basis of constructivism and connectivism. Information and technical competencies of future IT teachers are defined as key ones in such training. To implement the main objectives of the study we developed a model of methodical system of practical and technical training of future IT teachers in a blended learning environment. This model includes the following components: target, motivational, informative, operational, activity, control, regulation, evaluative, and effective ones. The model is based on the implementation of information and educational environment, which provides high-quality practical and technical training of future IT teachers and contributes to the improvement of their information and technical competencies. We carried out the pedagogical experiment to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodical system of practical and technical training of future IT teachers in terms of blended learning. The analysis of the results obtained in the course of pedagogical experiment allow us to conclude that the developed and proposed methodical system of practical and technical training of future IT teachers in terms of blended learning gave a positive result and contributed to the increase of the level of information and technical competence of the specialist.
