Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the patterns of remodelling structures duodenum, jejunum, ileum and their vascular bed, changes in local immune responses in white rats at resection of different volumes of liver parenchyma and correction of postoperative complications. It was found that removal of the left side and internal particles, the left and right side portions of the liver is complicated by postoperative portal hypertension, which leads to a significant remodelling of the structures of the duodenum, jejunum, ileum their vascular bed, and severe violations of the local immune defense of the mucous membranes. The complex of morphological, morphometric, immunomorphological methods has established that under postoperative portal hypertension in the investigated hollow organs of the gastrointestinal tract the structural homeostasis on the organ, tissue and cellular levels is disturbed, as evidenced by significant changes in submucosal-mucous and submucosal muscular indices, stromal- myocyte ratios in muscle membranes, nuclear-cytoplasmic relations in epithelial cells, endothelial cells of vessels, internal circular and external longitudinal myocytes, marked increase in relative volumes of damaged epithelial cells, endothelial cells, internal circular and external longitudinal myocytes. Combined removal of large volumes of liver with splenectomy or omentopexy improves the morphofunctional state of the venous bad and the structure of the ileum.
