In the dissertation the technological conditions for the production of crystals and thin films have been experimentally established: semi-magnetic solid solutions based on chalcogenides А(ІІ)В(VI); radiation-resistant solid solutions and compounds (3А(ІІ)В(VI))1-x(C(III)2B(VI)3)х; compounds А(І)2В(ІI)С(ІV)D(VI)4. The physical properties of crystals and thin films of semi-magnetic and radiation-resistant complex chalcogenide semiconductors and the influence on these properties of various factors are studied: temperature, magnetic field, irradiation by high-energy particles. By the method of reactive magnetron sputtering on a direct current of thin films of oxides and nitrides of metals on substrates made from radiation-resistant complex chalcogenide semiconductors are created the heterostructures. By the method of high-magnetron sputtering of complex chalcogenide semiconductors into silicon substrates, cadmium telluride are created heterostructures. The study of electrical and photovoltaic properties of the created heterostructures was carried out.
