In the dissertation work for the first time a new scientific direction in the methodology of investigation of forensic objects (events, processes). It consists in developing the basis of a systematic approach to modeling and presenting an adequate reproduction of models of natural relationships (dependencies, determination) process between exposure to traumatic environmental objects on the body and the formation of injury, complications and fatal. The analysis of archival materials and forensic medical literature suggests that the issue of diagnosis of causal relationship (REC), relationships of conditionality (RC), states (RS), inspiration (RI), as well as causes, conditions, conditions, the issue arises before forensic experts in various forms in virtually every forensic medical study. At the same time, the content of expert opinions, recommendations of forensic medical methodological documents indicate from the standpoint of modern scientific knowledge about the incomplete substantiation by researchers of causality in the dependence of the traumatic process. In the theory of general pathology of a person has long been established and modern science has been approved that the mechanisms of etiology, pathogenesis, pathoatukinesis of the process of injury are based on regular relationships, the type of affiliation of which determines the determinants: conditions and cause (I. V. Davydovsky, 1962; D. S. Sarkisov, M. A. Paltsev, N. K. Khitrov, 1997; J. M. Khrustalev, G. I. Tsaregorodtsev, 2005; P. V. Alekseev, A. V. Panin, 2008). Results of researches of famous forensic doctors (O. V. Filipchuk, 1997, 2013, 2015; A. P. Ardashkin, 2004, 2014; O. M. Gurov, 2009, 2013; V. T. Bachinsky, 2015; 2017; G. F. Kryvda, 2015; V. D. Mishalov, 2015 and others) are determined during the design and modeling of the regular connections of the use of special directions of the general methodology in relation to the specifics of the tasks of forensic examination (FE). Proceeding from the indicated scientific positions of scientists, in the dissertation the objective of determination of the status of determinants in forensic medical objects and the use of these object determinants as criteria of diagnostics of types of regular connections in the process of formation of mechanical trauma, complications and lethal consequences, with the help of a retrospective causative-system simulation, which was first developed and tested in FE. The scientific data on the reality of the existence of a forensic medical facility in two aspects are well-documented on a considerable volume of forensic material models of natural relationships: as a material object perceived objectively by sensory organs (an empirical object), and at the same time as an abstract phenomenon that is perceived mentally as an object determinant of dependence: reason, condition, and cause. The forensic terminology of causality and a range of related concepts have been unified, and logical instruments have been provided to forensic doctors to formulate unambiguous expert opinions, which is a significant expert and legal significance. The developed method of quasiformal reproduction of simulated data allows the forensic expert to rationally use the logical tools of causal-system analysis of the traumatic process, and to record, document the stages of research. Models of regular relationships (determinations) are constructed in the form of a text and tabular form of a multi-level chain linked in time to the forensic medical objects (determinants) of the traumatic process. Supervised text reproduction of simulated data contributes to the objectivity and probability of expert data in individual links of the quasi-formal model. The tabular method of analyzing multi-link chains in regular relationships allows us to obtain a clearly tabular form simultaneously with dozens of results of modal characteristics of regular relationships between forensic medical objects. With the help of the systematic approach, for the first time in the FM, object-oriented determinants with the formation of models of systems of the complete cause in each of the links of the regular link chain are structured. The analysis of the complex of causative and conditional determinants forming the system of the complete cause proves the peculiarity of forensic, dual, conditional-causative, determination, which has been proved scientifically by G. V. F. Hegel, recognized as a modern science, but still does not find his thorough grounding in theory FE. During the retrospective design of the system of the complete cause, it was established that the result - bodily injury (BI), remaining unchanged, could be generated at various ratios of the intensity of the actions of the determinant objects of the external condition and the causal basis. An in-depth analysis of the revealed phenomenon advanced the hypothesis of the existence of a mechanism of "inverse congruence of the intensity of actions", according to which the reciprocal intensity of interaction can be reconciled between certain determinants of a complete cause. Based on the law of inverse congruence, the expert can diagnose changes in the morphology of those initial objects of the system of complete cause, which could, in various ways, mutually agree the actions to participate in the past in the determination of the BI of a given quality. Developed on the basis of information-entropy analysis of the scale of comparative quantitative estimates of the impact of external forensic objects (object determinants) on the degree of determinism of systemic effects. The information strength indicator (ISI), which is defined in the scale of assessments, allows experts to selectively evaluate in systems of the full reason the most relevant object determinant, to differentiate the role of conditions and causes for causing death. The stages of the causative-system modeling algorithm of multi-level legal relationships, which include: retrospective selection of meaningful starting objects (determinants) of the system of full cause; diagnostics of determinants, determination of specific cause; construction of the system of full cause of bodily injury; verification of the species dependence of the regular relationships of the injury process; the establishment of evidence of RC between the forensic medical facilities. At the stages of the algorithm in general, a set of special methodological methods, tools that provide solutions to specific tasks of the FE is used. The existence in reality of multi-valued dependence on the effect (many combinations of causative factors - one bodily injury) and one-sided (one combination of causative factors - one bodily injury).Grounded scientific and specified the existence of different versions of objects starting full reasons, called in forensic practice "competitive reasons", relative to one another consequence. It is proved that the unambiguous induction or multi-valued causation of competing causative factors depends on the choice of the expert's methods of diagnosing the model of forensic medical dependence. The concept of "multi-causation" can be critically evaluated in forensic medicine, based on the expert data obtained from this work. Proved relatively forensic mechanical trauma dependencies high degree of reliability information classification system, which is built in the dissertation based on the natural properties of forensic facilities (ISI = 60%, F 2 > Fst): "Relations with predominant effect on the lethal consequence causal object environment"; "Relations with the predominant influence of the causal and individual properties of the organism"; "Relations with the equivalent effect of causal and conditional objects". It is proved that the information-entropy probability analysis of systems can be effectively extrapolated for classifying estimates in FE. Object determinants are verified - reason, conditions, conditions, states - as criteria for diagnosing dependencies: REC, RC, RS, RI. The key properties of object determinants are determined - localization relative to each other in space and time, as part of causative factors or in the composition of external conditions of the full cause; direction of action; modal characteristic in relation to the generation of the consequence. The particular object determinants of the cause are determined - by the properties of the generation, of the emergence, asymmetry in time with the consequence, the need for the creation of a consequence. Normalized by means of the rank correlation (at the level p < 0.050) the correctness of the constructed systems of the main types of dependence in multilevel processes of trauma. Thus, the existence of state bonds has been proved every time a RC is in place, and there are no RS of those objects, events, between which RC exists. According to the dissertation, further causative-system modeling is promising with the help of logical operations, means and methods of methodology in relation to specific tasks of FE and will require the expansion of quantitative estimates of systems of object determinants of a traumatic process based on the use of information analysis.
