Melnyk Y. Security of the civil procedure: theoretic and legal research

Thesis is devoted to complex research of modern theoretical and practical problems of doctrine of safety in civil procedure of Ukraine establishment. The main approaches for implementation of civil proceedings and jurisprudence in the context of mechanisms and means of providing of security are analysed. The ontological essence of civil procedure as a procedural mechanism to ensure and remove procedure conflict, complications, which occur during the trial and other anomaly, is justified. This pays attention to the problem, which is connected with absence of the concept of risks identification, adverse factors, management and removing conflicts, absence of the only concept of the complication of civil proceedings.
