The dissertation is devoted to the reduction of the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with multiple pregnancy by developing and implementing scientifically based diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the antenatal period. The antenatal factors of the risk of gestational complications and the effect of chorality on the course of pregnancy are established, the study of the main pathogenetic links of the development of gestational complications during pregnancy is conducted. The ultrasonic predictors of premature abortion with the use of transvaginal cervicometry were investigated. Correlation relations between the level of the growth factor of the placenta, the state of hormonal homeostasis, indications of the redox system, cytokine imbalance and the development of gestational complications in multiple pregnancy have been made. For the first time, morphological features of the embryos of women with multiple pregnancy were revealed in the case of very early and early preterm labor, and the specific features of expression of progesterone receptors in the placenta at various gestational periods were studied. A scientifically substantiated multi-vector integrated algorithm for the treatment and prevention of gestational complications in women with multiple fertility with the use of pathogenetically directed drug correction has been developed, tested and implemented.
