Іhnatovych O. Psychological bases of professional innovative culture of pedagogical workers.

The dissertation covers theoretical, methodological and empirical results of psychological foundations of the development of a professional innovation culture research, namely: the personality-professional approach is substantiated, the psychological structures, factors, mechanisms, regularities of its development are determined. The peculiarities of personality-professional approach, genetic-modeling method, method of self-assessment usage in the study allowed: to construct an experimental model for the development of a professional innovative culture of pedagogical staff; to develop a comprehensive psychological diagnostic tools for identifying features of the structure and assessing the levels of professional innovation culture development.
