The results of professional self-concept development research of practical Psychologists are depicted in dissertation. Theoretical and methodological analyze of author's approach to the problem of self-concept development in system of postgraduate education is carried out. Conditions of formation of adequate image of psychology like profession are described. The development of professional self-conceptin educational postgraduate process in integrative psychodynamic child and youth psychocorrection psychotherapy is analyzed. Theoretical model of continual hierarchical structure of professional self-concept of practical Psychologistis constructed. A model of professional education area in the professional self-concept perspective is substantiated. Psychodiagnostic program for initial psychotherapeutic interview is constructed. The main goal of design this program is to increase quality of professional selection of candidates for improving acquirement intrapsychological and interpersonal interactions system in integrative psychodynamic Child and youth psychocorrection and psychotherapy approach. The dynamics of professional self-concept of Psychologist development in attaining of psychotherapeutic knowledge and skills in the educational project of the integrative psychodynamic child and youth psychotherapy was empirically studied. Projective technique "Visualization of self-concept" to identify resources and personal deficite zones was constructed and tested. Technique "Visualization of self-concept" was used in psychodiagnostic processes, longitudinal study, and psychotherapeutic and compensatory techniques as well. The hypothesis that was developed on begin in the research process found its full confirmation.
