Object: the process of managing the performance of the organization. Purpose substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied tools for managing the performance of the organization in modern market and economic conditions. Methods: abstract-logical, epistemological analysis; historical and dialectical, institutional-evolutionary, classification and typology, theoretical generalization, synthesis and system analysis, factor and logic analysis, taxonomic analysis, economic-mathematical and economic-statistical, correlation-regression analysis, graphical and matrix. It is offered: theoretically substantiated conceptual, methodological foundations and practical possibilities of the performance management process as an effective tool of the modern management paradigm; scientifically substantiated the structure of the organization's value as a conceptual basis for measuring its effectiveness; the content of the process of managing the performance of the organization is revealed on the basis of the study of the structure-forming elements of the value of modern organizations and the identification of key factors of its success; concept-categorical apparatus of efficiency theory.
