On the basis of the Conception of artistic and technical designing in the professional training of future qualified workers, the methodical system of artistic and technical designing and its theoretical and methodological foundations was substantiated and developed. The artistic and technical creativity is determined as a practical, integrated activity aimed at the production of a new object that will purposefully combine the artistic and technical aspects based on the integration of figurative, visual and rational thinking, profound knowledge in various fields and understanding of the mechanisms of their interaction, regarding the artistic and aesthetic criteria while choosing the technological techniques for its manufacturing. In accordance with the model of the methodical system, in each component of professional training (professional and theoretical, vocational and practical training, extra-curricular work), the integrated content of artistic and technical design in the forms of learning inherent in vocational education is realized: a lesson, a circle, an exhibition-report, competition of professional skills, festival of creativity, club work, small working academy, etc.). The proposed methodology of the designing and creative competence formation, which is regarded as an entity, integrates motivational and value, cognitive, operational activity, creative, social and emotional components. Methodological work based on the study of the artistic and technical designing is done in accordance with the educational activity components (motivational, indicative, executive, reflexive, evaluative and cognitive), applying the methods and means of training focused on the intellectual and practical students activities. Experimental testing of the methodical system model of artistic and technical design in the professional training of future qualified workers in circle work has revealed that the potential opportunities for the development of artistic and technical creativity are technical professions focused on transformation activities. Analysis of changes dynamics in the main indicators of design and creative competence components in the experimental and control groups showed that positive changes take place in both groups with an advantage in the experimental.
