Sirenko R. Unification of mechanisms of state regulation of physical education in higher education institutions.

Object of study: state regulation of physical education among students in Ukraine. Purpose: substantiation of scientific and methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations for public authorities on the unification of mechanisms of state regulation of physical education activities in higher education institutions of Ukraine at the present stage. Methods: analytical, systemic, comparative and comparative historical, prognostic, generalization, modeling, statistical, sociological, analytical and synthetic, formally logical, regulatory analysis, situation analysis. Results: substantiated theoretical and methodological foundations and practical proposals for the unification of mechanisms of state regulation of physical education activities in higher education institutions of Ukraine. Novelty: a heuristic model has been developed and scientifically determined to unify the mechanisms of state regulation of physical education in higher education institutions of Ukraine during the period of transformation of civil society; proposed a fundamentally new conceptually holistic approach to the processes of unification of mechanisms of state regulation of physical education activities among students; a reasonably new concept of state regulation of physical education activities in higher education institutions of Ukraine. Сonceptual approaches to the formation of the legislative, regulatory and legal framework and principles of implementation of state regulation of physical and educational activities have been improved; the principles of state regulation in the field of physical culture and mass sport have been improved by identifying the main modern trends; systematic approach to the essence of state regulation of physical education of student youth in the part of isolation of its structural components has been improved. Received further development on the example of the day of the provision of the concept of "leading a healthy lifestyle"; scientific generalization and systematization of the existing mechanisms of state regulation of physical education activities of higher education institutions; methodological approaches to the systematization of basic and applied research on state regulation of the processes of physical education activities of higher education institutions.
