Essay

The essence of the concepts of "value", "sense", and "value and sense sphere of the personality" is revealed in philosophical and psychological discourse. The structural and level model of the value and sense sphere of the future specialist's personality is substantiated that is represented in the unity and interconnectedness of such components as spirituality, values, value orientations, personal meanings, human experiences, ideals and attitudes, and appropriate levels, such as the pre-reflexive and cognitive-reflexive levels. The ideal of the personality is considered as the system-forming component of the value and sense sphere. The psychological determinants of the formation of the value and sense sphere of the future specialist include: culture as a metasystem of the investigated phenomenon; spirituality as a vital determinant of the value and sense sphere of the personality; ideal as meaningful factor in the formation of the value and sense sphere of the personality; the modern information space in the unity of its positive and negative aspects. The mechanisms of the formation of the value and sense sphere of the personality are determined: interiorization, identification, internalization, reflection, autopoiesis, emotional inclusion, dialogic communication and internal dialogue. The basic principles of the process under investigation are characterized: general psychological principles (systems, determinism, development, unity of consciousness and activity, subjectivity, activism, integrity) and specific principles: humanization, human centeredness, spirituality and cultural conformity, creation of ideals, dialogicity, mediation through action, complementarity, non-linearity, temporality, anticipation (expectation), and recursive loop. These principles are interconnected, both substantively and procedurally. Phenomenological and hermeneutical perspectives of the formation of the value and sense sphere of the future specialist's personality are revealed.
