The thesis adduces a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the current scientific and practical problem of internal medicine: determination of specific general clinical, hemodynamic and metabolic markers of comorbidity, associated with increased risk of cardiovascular events and reduction of cardiac reserves in patients with myocardial infarction with concomitant pathology of cardiac and non-cardiac genesis, as well as the rationale, development and validation of differentiated complexes of recovery treatment (using comorbidity markers) for patients with myocardial infarction with comorbid pathology at the rehabilitation stages. A new scientific concept for risk prediction of cardiovascular events, reduction of cardiac reserves and response to exercise in patients with myocardial infarction with comorbid pathology during the rehabilitation stages was developed. Specific clinical markers associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events, decreased cardiac reserves and the degree of comorbidity in patients with myocardial infarction with concomitant pathology of cardiac and non-cardiac genesis were identified for the first time. It was established that the Charlson comorbidity index is a universal functional marker of not only of the degree of comorbidity but also the depth of functional disorders in the body of a patient with myocardial infarction with comorbid pathology, and may serve as a component of functional diagnosis of postinfarction comorbid patients and the additional criterion of allocating them to individualized cardiac rehabilitation programs.
