Essay

The object of the research is the impact of parametric series of wires cross-sections and insufficient information on overhead lines parameters on electric systems and networks in real time operation conditions. The aim of the work: improvement and implementation of the method of designing overhead lines with account of operation conditions based on the combination of optimizing parametric row of wires cross-sections and on broadening power lines functional capacities by means of additional information of their actual parramtrsto control electricity networks and systems’ modes of operation in real time. Research methods: simulation modelling methods, theory of primary processing of results, theory of differential and integral calculus, criterion method of analysis as a component of similarity theory, statistical theory of processing of calculation results, methods of decision theory, methods and algorithms of hierarchical synthesis. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: developed systematic approach in the design of overhead lines was further developed to substantiate the optimal ratio of technical and economic indicators and to consider the line as informative objects; the criterion of economic feasibility of overhead lines variants as a basis for the formation of parametric series of wires cross-sections has been improved to reduce the impact of the heterogeneity of electric networks; for the first time, the reduction of the influence of the heterogeneity of the electric network due to the optimization of the parametric series of cross-sections of the line wires has been established to confirm the feasibility of structuring overhead lines with the minimum technological losses of active power; for the first time, technical and economic models of overhead lines were developed using two variables - wire cross-section and voltage for complex estimation of the correlation between discounted costs and all types of operating deductions; for the first time, the principle of economic similarity in the problems of improving the structure of overhead lines on the basis of unification for the extension during the operation of the object to the first reconstruction in economically expedient transmission and distribution of electricity was developed; for first time, the basic provisions of overhead lines project were formed on the basis of combination of optimizing parametric series of wires’ sections and extending functionality of the lines due to additional information about their current parameters, which allows to improve the operation of electrical systems and networks by reducing the influence of network heterogeneity and increasing the informative content.
