Essay

The discretion deals with studying theoretical, methodological and practical issues of energy security strengthening under the principles of sustainable development. Issue of energy security, factors determining its vision and mechanism of its final condition shaping are studied. Relation between energy and national security, its form-building layers and priorities for its strengthening are determined. Fundamental differences between sustainable security paradigm and a current one were defined. Transitional energy security paradigm was proved and organizational spatial bases for its implementation were studied. Applicable approaches for planning of regional renewable energy development to achieve sustainability of energy security were developed.
