Ryakhovska Y. Mechanisms for implementing the state innovation-oriented policy of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases, development of scientific and practical recommendations, concerning improvement of mechanisms of realization of state innovatively oriented policy of Ukraine. The structural components of the mechanisms of realization of the state innovation-oriented policy of Ukraine have been improved. The content of the state innovation-oriented policy has been clarified. Methodological approach The approach to the evaluation of the implementation of the state innovation-oriented policy is grounded. The methodological foundations for building an effective state-oriented innovation policy have been developed. The functional and technological mechanism of the state innovation-oriented policy is proposed. The effectiveness of the state innovative policy of Ukraine is investigated. Conceptual approaches to territorial innovation-oriented development in public administration are grounded. To develop the mechanism of partnership interaction of the metropolis development in the system of innovation-oriented policy. An approach to the formation of social partnership infrastructure in the public administration system has been developed. The approach to the formation of information and communication infrastructure in the system of innovation-oriented policy is proposed. The approach to assessing the efficiency of digitization of executive bodies has been improved. An organizational mechanism for the implementation of the state innovation-oriented policy has been developed.
