Zhuk L. The formation and development of systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity in higher education institutions

The object of the research is the systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The research aims to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of formation and development of systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity in higher education institutions. The author used such methods as: methods of theoretical generalization; scientific abstraction; systemic (system approach and system analysis); structural-logical analysis; analysis and synthesis; dynamic analysis, comparative analysis, reference analysis; method of classification; method of analysis of hierarchies and method of weighted sum of evaluation of criteria; methods of economic and mathematical modeling; graphic methods; method of comparison. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles the formation and development of systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity in higher education institutions. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time a structural decomposition of the system of scientific and scientific-technical activity, models of interaction of subsystems of the system of scientific and scientific-technical activity, structural and logical sequence of scientific and scientific-technical activities was developed; the typologization of the systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity, the theoretical and methodological provisions on the symptomatic diagnostics of the system of scientific and scientific-technical activity of the university, the toolkit of motivation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff on the basis of evaluation of their publishing activity, the method of analyzing the influence of indicators of scientific and scientific-technical activity on the financial and economic performance of the system of scientific and scientific-technical activity on the basis of correlation-regression modeling was improved; conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of scientific and scientific-technical activity of higher education institutions, the structure of the subsystem of information support of scientific and scientific-technical activity, systematization of criteria for awarding scientific and pedagogical and scientific workers for scientific achievements, provisions for the formation and use of the strategy of scientific and scientific-technical activity was developed. The subject of the research is conceptual, methodological and applied provisions for the formation and development of systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity of higher education institutions of Ukraine. Author’s recommendations are used during the formation and development systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity of higher education institutions. The sphere for the use of author’s recommendations is revered to the systems of scientific and scientific-technical activity in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
